The petitioner by filing this petition seeking limited relief to decide the revision application pending before the Sessions Court at Dindoshi, expeditiously. The relief is sought on the ground that the petitioner is a senior citizen. 3.

By order 21st November, 2018, this Court granted liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court at Dindoshi by moving appropriate application for expedite hearing of the revision application within a period of one week and the Sessions Court was directed to pass suitable 1/2

7-WP1961-18.DOC order on the said application within a further period of two weeks.

Mr. Desai, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that in pursuance of the said order of this Court, the petitioner has preferred an application before the Sessions Court, Dindoshi. However, the said application is not decided.

Mr. Desai, the learned Counsel also submits that respondent no.1 herein is the petitioner in the said revision application. In the said revision, arguments of respondent no.1 are concluded. However, the hearing of revision has not proceeded further, and only dates are being given. 6.

In the above facts and circumstances, in our considered view, this petition can be disposed of by directing the learned Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, to dispose of the revision application filed by respondent no.1 bearing Criminal Revision Application No.167 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
