Subject to the Appellant depositing the entire decretal amount, there will be a stay on execution. In default of deposit, and for which there will be no extension, the First Appeal will be dismissed without further reference to the court and execution will proceed.

On deposit, the respondents/claimants and the parents of the deceased's 15-year-old minor will be entitled to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited without security or undertaking. 25th July 2017

The amount of statutory deposit will be transferred to the MACT, Satara. The balance compensation amount and the amount of statutory deposit will be invested in a fixed deposit with any nationalised bank.

The MACT will permit withdrawal on production of an authenticated copy of this order.

The Civil Application is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
