By filing this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking restoration of Civil Application No. 1027 of 2011 which suffered dismissal for want of prosecution. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that due to bonafide mistake, he could not appear on 4th April, 2014 when the case was called. Having considered the submission made by learned counsel for the Applicant, we allow the Civil Application and ordered restoration of Civil Application No. 1027 of 2011. Said Civil Application be listed for order on 19th December, 2016.
