We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee/Respondent No. 2 to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner, who is already retired and awaiting her pensionery benefits from the State of Maharashtra. The Caste Scrutiny Committee in spite of communication from the employer, has not decided the caste claim that is affecting her right to claim the pension. Therefore, in the interest of justice, as the Petitioner is Sharayu.

914-WP-5446-16.doc already retired and is awaiting her pensionary reliefs, we are inclined to direct the Caste Scrutiny Committee/Respondent No. 2 to decide the caste claim in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within six months.
