In this Civil Application, some orders were sought from the Vacation Court and my Sister Judge (Justice R.P. SondurBaldota) has passed necessary orders on 8.5.2015, on the last day prior to the summer vacation, and fixed the matter on 16.6.2015. Considering the nature of prayers and the orders passed earlier, nothing remains in this application and the same is disposed of.

However, the main petition pertains to custody and access. After taking conference with the child and the parents in the Chamber, by consent, the following modification is made in the latest order of access as under:

caw.1168.2015_6.doc i) On the access Saturdays, the child will first go from the school to his mother's house and he will collect his books as per the timetable of Monday and thereafter at 8pm, the father will come and wait outside the main colony gate of Assisi Nagar, and the child will be handed over to him at sharp 8pm. The child will be with the father on the access Saturdays and Sundays as per the earlier order and then he will be dropped on Monday to the school by the father; ii) The father will take the child in one Syro-Malabar Church at Mulund on first Sunday to attend the mass and the Sunday school. If he misses the first Sunday, then, he shall take the child on 3rd Sunday.
