By this Petition fled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction against 1/3

Respondent No. 2-Committee to decide the Application dated 29th December 2009 fled by the Petitioner for grant of Caste Validity Certifcate as expeditiously as possible. 5.

Learned AGP appearing for the Respondents has received instructions from the Respondent No. 2-Scrutiny Committee on 29th July 2021 that the Application dated 29th December 2009 fled by the Petitioner for Caste Validity Certifcate will be decided within a period of six months from today. Statement is accepted.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of with the following directions :- (i) The Petitioner is directed to remain present before Respondent No. 2-Scrutiny Committee on 11th August 2021 at 11.00 a.m.

(ii) The Petitioner is at liberty to furnish any requisite documents before the Respondent No. 2-Scrutiny Committee as and when required in support of the 2/3

Petitioner's case on or before 11th August 2021. (iii) Respondent No. 2-Scrutiny Committee shall dispose of the Application of the Petitioner dated 29th December 2009 within a period of four months from the date of frst hearing.

(iv) Rule made absolute in the above terms.

(v) No order as to costs.
