The learned APP on instructions of the Investigation Officer who is present in Court submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 3.5.2016 the applicants have attended the Investigation Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. She, on instructions, further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary as the necessary relevant statements have already been recorded.

2) In view of the above, the interim relier granted by an order dated 3.5.2016 is hereby confirmed. 3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
