The above Civil Application has been filed to implead the nonApplicants as party Respondents to the above Writ Petition as Respondent Nos.24 to 26. The said impleadment is sought on the ground that the nonApplicant Nos.1 and 2 i.e. Shri. Chetan Vidyadhar Sharaf and Shri. Gulamali Abdul Razak Moulvi have entered into a registered agreement with the Respondent No.3 who is the original landlord for developing the property on 25.07.2013. Hence, the impleadment is sought on the ground that the non-Applicants are the successors in interest of the Respondent BGP.

The Learned Counsel Mr. Harshad Bhadbhade states that he has instructions to appear for the non-Applicants as also that he is appearing for Respondent No.3, and he has no objection to the impleadment of the non-Applicants as party Respondents to the above Petition. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the non-Applicants are allowed to be impleaded as party Respondents to the above Petition. Amendment to be carried out in the course of the day. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
