In case if order under section 73CA of the Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 is passed against the petitioner, the same may not be given effect to for a period of three weeks from the date of communication of the same to the petitioner.

It is clarified that it will be open to the petitioner to canvass all the issues in the inquiry.
