After arguing for some time, as the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. The application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. However, considering the age of the prosecutrix i.e. 9 years, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within nine months from the date of receipt of this order.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
