The petition is filed for transfer of investigation into FIR bearing CR No.92 of 2017 registered with Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai.

Mr. Pednekar, learned APP, on instructions of the officer concerned, makes a statement that the investigation into the subject FIR is almost complete and the investigating officer has arrested two accused and charge-sheet would be filed within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted.
