2) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused record.

3) The record indicates that the applicant being owner of ''Sadguru Bar and Restaurant" had given the said premises on leave and license basis for conducting the said business to Mr. Suresh Shiva Pujari. On the date of the incident, the applicant was not present at the scene of offence, as he had already handed over possession to said Suresh Shiva Pujari. In view thereof, custodial interrogation of the 1/2

4) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 25.04.2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the the Investigating Officer is waived. 5) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
