...Respondents

Mr.G.S. Godbole i/b Mr.Nilesh Tribhuvann for the Petitioners. Mr.Shrivallabh S. Panchpor for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr.S.H. Kankal, A.G.P. for the State - Respondent Nos.4 and 5. CORAM : R.D. DHANUKA, J.

DATE : 13TH JUNE, 2018.

P.C. :- 1.

It is not in dispute that the Revision Application No.72 of 2018 filed by the respondent no.4 is pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune and is directed to be placed for hearing on 19th June, 2018. There is no ad-interim stay granted by this Court insofar as the impugned order dated 6th April, 2018 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar is concerned. Since the said revision application itself is being heard finally on 19th June, 2018, I do not propose to interfere with the said order on that ground. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 states that his clients would not ask for any adjournment before the 1/2

3-wpst12879-18 Divisional Joint Registrar on 19th June, 2018 or on any subsequent date. Mr.Godbole, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also makes the similar statement.

3.

He shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to this petition or any third party, if makes any such application for intervention or otherwise. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All the contentions of all parties raised in this writ petition as well as in the said revision application are kept open.

4.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

5.

All the parties as well as the Authority to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
