The writ jurisdiction of this court is invoked against the order dated 26/02/2015 passed by the learned 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division Pune by which order the Application (Exhibit 63) filed by the Petitioner for amendment of the plaint came to be rejected.

The Trial Court rejected the said application on the ground that allowing the amendment would result in introducing a stale claim which is for the period from 08/02/2010 to 30/08/2010.

In my view, having regard to the reasons mentioned in the impugned order, no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. [R.M.SAVANT, J] lgc
