The Petitioner challenged this order of transfer in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The Tribunal dismissed the Original Application No. 522 of 2018 filed by the Petitioner. 2.

When this Petition was came up on board on 23 March 2023, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner had submitted that the Petitioner will make a representation for transferring the Petitioner back to Pune. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that by
