These applications are preferred for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane by an order dated 11 May 2021.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that he has no instructions as to whether the chargesheet has been lodged. 4.

In any event, the sheer passage of time is such that there is no propriety in entertaining the applications for cancellation of pre-arrest bail as, by this time, investigation must have been completed and the chargesheet lodged. SSP 1/2
