This Petition involves disputed questions of fact as regards the title to the immovable property apart from the other objections raised by the 5th Respondent. The Petitioner will have to establish his title by approaching the Civil Court. Hence, we decline to entertain this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The remedies of the Petitioner, as observed earlier, are kept open. The Petition is disposed of.
