This Civil application seeks impleadment of City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) as party respondent in the appeal. Although, the learned counsel for the CIDCO was heard at the stage of disposal of First Appeal No.730 of 2010, there is no necessity to implead CIDCO as party respondent in the Appeal, in view of the reasons set out in order dated 07-10-2009 in Writ N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

55-1-caf-3546-2008 Petition No.1211 of 2009, wherein, a similar relief of impleadment was applied for by CIDCO, but was declined.

The Civil Application No.3546 of 2008 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
