"(a) Therefore, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an order directing to the accused persons, i.e., Opponent to this application / Petitioners of the aforesaid Criminal Writ Petition No. 1841/2015 to produce the original document of the said Memorandum of Family Arrangement dated 26.04.2000, i.e., said fake deed before this Hon'ble Court in the proceeding of the aforesaid Criminal Writ Petition No. 1841 of 2015 so as to secure the ends of justice"

Such relief cannot be granted in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Application is, therefore, dismissed.
