None appears for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the fourth and fifth respondents has placed on record a photocopy of the death certificate of the petitioner which shows that the petitioner has died on 15th October, 2014. The photocopy is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the death of the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition and the same is disposed of.
