Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This civil application seeks restoration of an Appeal from Order alongwith a civil application for restoration. The restoration application was dismissed for default on 16 April 2016. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The First Appeal alongwith Civil Application No.1483 of 2015, restored today, shall appear on board for orders on 7 June 2017.
