Learned counsel for the petitioner tenders a communication dated 18th May 2018 by the Food and Civil Supply Department, Mumbai directing various parties including the petitioner to attend the chamber of learned Minister for hearing. He seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition if any adverse is passed by the Minister after hearing the petitioner. Statement is accepted. 2.
