CORAM : DR.SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.

DATE : 28th JUNE, 2018.

P.C. :

1] Learned counsel for the Appellant fairly concedes that as the Second Appeal is not maintainable, she may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to take appropriate proceedings. She also further requests that the stay granted by the First Appellate Court is expiring today and therefore, it may be extended for some short period of one or two weeks.
