The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Petition and the ground made out is that the original Petitioner is suffering from debilitating illness. The said illness has been discovered after the Petition was expedited. Having regard to the said fact, it would be just and proper to hear the Petition expeditiously. The Petition therefore to be placed for directions on 10.08.2015 on which day the date for final hearing would be fixed with the consent of the parties. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
