On hearing the parties, we are inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition, as the challenge was to the 'Show Cause Notice' and now the statement is made that the learned authority has already heard the matter and kept it for order. In view of this, present Writ Petition is disposed of as the statement is also made that for seven days from the date of receipt of the order / action, if any, by the Respondent, no coercive action will be taken based upon the orders supposed to be passed in the matter, against the Petitioner.
