This is an application for enlarging the applicant on temporary bail on the ground of medical complications. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has under gone angioplasty in the year 2015-16 as he was suffering from 100% blockage to the L.A.D. He submitted that latest medical report dated 12.8.2018 mentions that the applicant is again suffering from 99% stenosis in one of the major artery. He further submitted that, the applicant intends to take medical treatment in a private hospital and therefore, prayed for bail on medical Page-1/3
grounds.

After taking into consideration the ailment being suffered by the applicant this Court was inclined to release the applicant on temporary bail for limited period with police escort, with a view to permit the applicant to take medical treatment in a hospital as per his own choice. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is unable to bear the charges of police escort and therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present application with liberty to take treatment at Sir J.J. Hospital at Mumbai.

In view of the above, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present application.

The Superintendent of Aurther Road Jail is hereby directed to take the applicant to Sir J.J. Hospital, Mumbai for further medical treatment on the dates prescribed by the concerned Doctor of the J.J. Hospital. This direction is issued in pursuance of the medical report produced by the applicant.

The Superintendent of Aurther Road Jail is hereby Page-2/3
directed to take care that the applicant shall attend the said hospital with proper escort in that behalf without any charges for escort levied on him.
