Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The plaintiff is claiming to be in possession of the property i.e. 5R of land out of Gat No.34 by virtue of a sale deed dated 22nd December, 1994. It is not disputed that the sale deed contains a recital that the possession has been handed over. The revenue entries made on 1st March, 1995 in the name of the plaintiff. In these circumstances, the respondents are restrained from interfering the possession of the plaintiff over 5R land. So far as the remaining portion of Gat No.34 is concerned, it is made
