Civil Application No. 1699 of 2019 is filed by the Respondentlandlady for arrears of compensation and to pay monthly compensation as per Order dated 12th September 2013 and to give inspection of the suit premises to the Applicant-Original Respondent.

Osk 14-Caw-1699-2019.odt Record indicates that, by an Order dated 12th September 2013, the Petition filed by the Petitioner has been admitted and the Petitioner was directed to clear all the arrears and to pay compensation as has been directed by this Court by subsequent Orders.

Mr.Sankpal, learned counsel for the Applicant-Original Respondent submitted that, as of today the Petitioner is in arrears of about Rs.4,28,500/- towards compensation and he is also not paying rent of the suit premises regularly.

Mr.Kursija, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner submitted that, he tried to contact his client on various occasions, however was of no avail. He submitted that, a letter sent by him by registered A.D. post, has been returned by the Postal Department as 'unclaimed'. He expressed his inability to assist this Court for want of instructions from the Petitioners. It thus appears that, the Petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present Petition.

Petition is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.
