Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the impugned order is appealable under Section 60 of the Bombay Police Act.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. The petitioner, however, is at liberty to challenge the order impugned in this petition by filing an Appeal before the appropriate Authority.

In the event, such an appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the appellate Authority shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the appeal.
