The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant states that ad-interim relief to the effect that the Respondent, her family members, agents, servants or any other person claiming through her may be restrained from entering into the office of the Applicant, was in operation whilst the proceedings were pending before the Family Court at Bandra. On behalf of the Respondent wife an affidavit in reply has been filed wherein the factum of the Respondent or her relatives trying to enter the office where the Applicant is working, has been denied.
Having regard to the fact that the said interim relief was operating in favour of the Applicant pending the proceedings before the Family Court, mmj
cam-153-17(19) hence without going into the rival contentions but having regard to the fact as aforesaid, the above Civil Application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). However, the aforesaid order would not preclude the Petitioner or her relatives seeking leave of the court to visit the office of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai where the Applicant is posted.
