None for the petitioner. Heard the learned Counsel for the respondents No. 1 to 3. Through this Petition, the petitioner has alleged inaction on the part of the respondent No.1 in taking action against respondents No. 4, 5 & 6. According to the petitioner, notices dated 06/02/2015 and 16/03/2015 were issued by the first respondent against respondents No. 4 & 5 under Section 52 to Section 55 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966 regarding 1/2

8.wp 5489.16.doc unauthorised and illegal construction work carried out by them, but till date, no further steps have been taken in regard to the said notices. Learned Counsel for the respondents No.1 to 3 submits that petitioner's grievance shall be looked into and appropriate action will be taken in pursuance to the notices in question and the said notices will be taken to its logical end if there is no legal impediment for the same.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the respondents No.1 to 3 and having gone through the averments in the Petition, we are disposing of the Petition by directing the respondents No.1, 2 & 3 to examine petitioner's grievance and take appropriate further steps in pursuance to the notices dated 06/02/2015 and 16/03/2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible if there is no legal impediment for the same.
