By this application, applicant is seeking to modify the order dated 04.05.2021 passed by this court in Writ Petition (St.) No.8134 of 2021.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that at Mohite 1/2

ia1396-21.odt that time, it remained on their part to place on record letter dated 06.01.2021 received by them from Lonikand Police Station, Pune. He submits that in view of this subsequent development, applicant may be permitted to take appropriate action according to law.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he received instruction to withdraw the present Interim Application. To that effect, the learned counsel for the applicant gave in writing. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted. Hence, following order is passed:

a.

Interim Application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

b.

It is made clear that applicant bank can take appropriate action according to law on the basis of letter dated 06.01.2021 from the concerned Police Station, Pune Exhibit 'B' at page 15 of the present application. c.

No order as to costs.

d.
