This is an application for early hearing of the instant appeal which is pending since the year 2001.

It is reported that the applicant / appellant is attaining age of superannuation and she has received communication from her employer - the Executive Engineer that she is being dismissed avk 1/2

PM-1-APPA-624-2016.doc because of conviction recorded against her in the year 2001. While conducting hearing of the application for early hearing, the learned advocate appearing for the applicant / appellant has infact conducted final hearing of the matter. The learned APP has also advanced her arguments.

In this view of the matter, the application for early hearing is allowed and the appeal is being heard and decided finally forthwith.

The application is, therefore, disposed of.
