Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed, by consent :- (a) Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.J. Vajifdar, Former Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Show Cause Notice dated 28th August, 2017 issued in the name of M/s. Shivratan Filling Station.

(b) Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.J. Vajifdar, Former Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, shall file before this Court, his disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act No.3 of 2016) (the Act) on or before 21 st December, 2018, and also handover copies of the same to the Advocates for the parties during his first meeting with the parties and/or their Advocates.

(d) The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally. (e) All contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.
