This Court by order dated 17 September 2013 issued rule and granted interim relief. On 17 December 2013 this Court modified the interim relief to the extent of land bearing Survey No.83/7. Interim relief was rejected for land bearing Survey No.95/2.

The interim relief is running in favour of the petitioner from 2013. Therefore, it would be in the interest of justice to continue the interim relief granted by this Court on 17 December 2013 till the final disposal of the suit. However, since the suit is of the year 2009, the Trial Court is directed to decide the suit on merits within one year from today.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
