The learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking time to obtain instructions. However, we accept the statement made by the learned APP on instructions that petitioner externee has expired on 6th September 2018. Death certificate submitted by the learned APP is taken on record as Exhibit - A. The learned APP has also pointed out that period for which externment order was to operate has also expired. Hence, the petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly disposed of.
