Heard, the learned counsel for the Applicant. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that this Court (Coram : Nitin Sambre, J.) by order dated 16 March 2022 has directed to transfer the Petition No.A-1931 of 2019 from Family Court, Nagpur to Family Court, Kalyan. But there is no Family Court at Kalyan, so the said Petition be transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan and modification be made in the order dated 16 March 2022.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the Applicant, the order dated 16 March 2022 is modified as under:- "Transfer of proceedings being Petition No.A-1931 of 2019 is transferred from Family Court, Nagpur to Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan on the ground of hardship".
