On 19th June, 2015, the present application was mentioned for orders. The Registrar General of the High Court had declared holiday on account of heavy rains and the inability of the staff to attend the Court. The notice was issued to the learned APP.

The applicant submits that on earlier occasions i.e. on 12th March, 2014, 30th July, 2014, 3rd February, 2015 and 3rd March,2015, he was granted liberty by this Court to travel abroad. It is submitted that the applicant has not committed breach of any conditions imposed upon him while granting permission.

The learned APP admits that the applicant has not committed breach of any condition and hence the applicant deserves to be granted liberty to travel abroad on same terms and conditions imposed earlier. The order was in fact given on 19th June, 2015, but could not be uploaded due to the absence of the staff and hence the order is being uploaded today.

O R D E R

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant is permitted to travel abroad i.e. from 21st June 2015 to 26th June, 2015 to Paris, France and from 26th June 2015 to 7th July 2015 to Switzerland.

(iii) The applicant shall furnish details of his itinerary including flight details to the concerned police station.

(iv) He shall furnish his mobile number and address where he intends to reside during his travel.

(v) On his return from Paris, France and Switzerland, he shall inform the same to the concerned police station.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
