Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks permission to carry out appropriate amendment in the Writ Petition as per paragraph 4 and 5 of the Civil Application. The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that they have no objection for the same.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the Respondent has no objection, following order is passed:

The Applicant is permitted to carry out appropriate amendment in the Writ Petition as per paragraph 4 and 5 of the Civil Application.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 16.02.2019, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c.

If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition, on the Advocate for the Respondent No.83 on or before 20.02.2019 and file an Affidavit of service to that effect.

d.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly. e.

No order as to costs.
