Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The challenge in this Petition is to the order made under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short "the said Act of 2002"). The Petitioner is claiming to be a tenant of the secured assets which is mortgaged with the First Respondent Bank.

Admittedly, the Petitioner is claiming the tenancy on the basis of the unregistered documents. 4.

No case is made out for interference with the impugned order passed under Section 14 of the said Act of 2002. The Petition is, accordingly, rejected. Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of.
