The Petitioners are transferred in the year 2019. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the villages where the Petitioners were officiating as Teachers of Zilla Parishad, have now merged with the Corporation area. The petitioners are required to be considered now for absorption in the Municipal Corporation.

Notice were issued to the Respondents, however, none appears for 1/2

Present status will have to be considered. The Petitioners may file a representation with Respondent No.2 and/or its competent authority. The competent authority shall consider the representation of the Petitioners on its merits and take a decision with regard to the grievances of the Petitioners expeditiously, within 4 months from the date the Petitioners make the representation to it.

The Petitioners shall bring it to the notice of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4, the present order.

The Petition is disposed of.

No costs.
