Learned APP upon instructions fairly states that the Investigating Officer after further application of mind found that it is not necessary to continue directions issued to MHADA not to accept rent from the Petitioner/Society. That direction is therefore withdrawn. 2.

He further submits that as desired by the Petitioner, original documents seized from MHADA and other authorities can be restored back to respective authorities and its certified copies can be used by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation. 3.

In view of this submission learned counsel for the petitioner states that grievance made by the petitioner does not survive. We therefore permit Investigating Officer to obtain certified copies and to restore original
