The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had submitted two applications on 7.5.2014, before the superintendent, City Survey and Land Records, Mumbai, making prayer to delete the name of Fatmabai and in place to add name of petitioner Asgarali Yusufali Petiwala on the property card as holder/ owner of the property, but even after lapse of more than two years both the applications have not yet been considered. 3.

Today when the matter came up for hearing the only prayer made by the learned senior counsel for petitioner is to dispose of

20-wp-7944.2015.sxw this petition by directing respondent no. 1 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said two applications as expeditiously as possible.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 1 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said applications submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the law as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
