1] This is an application for modification of condition No.7(iv) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by Order dated 9th October 2017. The said condition reads as under: "7(iv) As a condition of this order, the applicant is directed to report to Police Station Anti Robbery and Dacoity Cell, Crime Branch, Kurla (West), Mumbai in Crime No.17 of 2017 once in every Monday of the month in between 11.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m till completion of trial". 2] This Court has after taking into consideration the attending 1/2
