The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Petitioner No.5 on record as also to delete the name of the Petitioner No.2 who has expired. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 Mr. P. B. Shah has no objection to the said relief being granted. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the heirs of the Petitioner No.5 are allowed to brought on record as also the deletion of the Petitioner No.2 is permitted. Amendment to be carried out BGP.

After the amendment is carried out, place the Petition for final hearing in the week commencing 13.07.2015 to be shown at the appropriate place on the final hearing board as per the chronological order. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. The name of Mr. P. N. Karlekar to be substituted by the name of Mr. G. N. Salunke as advocate for the Petitioners.
