Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 states that if the Petitioner visits the Office of Assistant Director, Town Planning, a copy of the order passed by which application for regularisation made by the Petitioner is rejected will be provided to the Petitioner. Accordingly, we direct the Petitioner to visit the office of the Assistant Director, Town Planning of Municipal Corporation tomorrow at 11.00 a.m. when a copy of the order passed on regularisation application shall be made available 1/2

We direct that action of demolition shall not be taken for a period of one month from tomorrow to enable the Petitioner to challenge the order passed on the regularisation application. 4.
