We do not think that we should entertain such an application for the simple reason that the applicant is represented by an advocate. Secondly, it is only in the event his presence is required in the Court that the question of granting the relief in terms of the letter would arise. Presently, we do not see any reason to cause his appearance. The application is misconceived and is dismissed.
