Both, the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the Respondent No.1 state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have entered into consent terms. Learned Counsel have tendered the Consent Terms entered into between the Petitioners and the Respondent
2/3 No.1. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

The Petitioner No.6 is personally present in Court and identifies his signature as well as the signatures of all other Petitioners. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners also identifies the Petitioner No.6. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that the Respondent No.1 is aged 90 years and as such is unable to remain present in the Court today. He, however, does not dispute the fact that the parties have amicably settled their dispute.

Considering that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have entered into consent terms, nothing survives for consideration is this Petition.

Parties to comply with the terms and conditions set out in the Consent Terms.
