Leave granted. The original Respondent Nos.15 and 16 are allowed to be arrayed in the cause tittle of the above Civil Application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The learned counsel for the Applicants states that the Respondent No.2 has expired on 11/02/2015 and the above Civil Application is filed on 06/05/2015. The above Civil Application is therefore in time. Hence there is no impediment in allowing the above Civil Application.

The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly the heirs of the Respondent No.2 are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
