The learned counsel submits that the proposal is filed in the year 2010 seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as Junior Clerk. Thereafter, in 2011, 2012 and 2022, the reminders are given but till the same is not yet decided. 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner is pending with Respondent No.3 (Page Nos.25 to 29), the Respondent No.3 shall decide the same inaccordance with law, preferbly within six months from the communication of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
